Before you order

Time frame: -

It all depends on the information that you supply, being thorough in completing the online forms, approving the ‘draft’ design then to print, drying and cutting – we aim to provide you a full kit within 7 to 10 days 

I can’t find what I am looking for? :-

Great!, be unique, be you? we have literally thousands of designs and templates for all types of bikes, however we are happy to make something special for you!

Add your logo to the order form in: ai,pdf,jpeg,bmp,gif

Sponsors to be added: -

We encourage you to load all you sponsors in the order form saved in any of these formats ai,pdf,jpeg,bmp,gif

‘Please note there are restrictions to using certain symbols ,logos and motif’s and will advise when asked – e.g. monster, redbull, McDonalds  etc etc (provisions may apply if you are contracted by those brands.

Assistance required: -

We can apply your kit to your bike – conditions and fees apply. Please call our office to discuss

Ordering my new kit

Confirming my order has been acknowledged:

Confirmation will be sent via email and or text message.

If you do not receive confirmation, please email us at enquiries@rgfx.com.au

Design proof: -

You will be emailed a design proof for your approval or any changes to be made. Once you have formally approved the design we will proceed to print. Proofs will be sent to you within a couple days from your order if you have provided all the correct information. If you haven’t we will follow up with an email the outstanding information required.

 Your order can be changed at any time up until you have formally approved the design proof. Please note additional fees may apply from time to time. Collaboration items such as clothing and seat covers etc may not be able to be changed after their order and will advise at the time of your request. A complete redesign of your kit will incur an additional fee.

Postage

Domestic Postage: -

There are a variety of shipping methods from Express, Courier and domestic mail systems, depending on your urgency we always try to meet your needs. Additional costs may apply from time to time. 3-5 Days is average order times

International: -

We post internationally, additional fees may apply.

Please be aware of customs laws in varying countries

Once we confirm postage from our end, we are no longer liable for any loss, damage or theft of your product.  Please be clear on all your postage requests.
